I had an excellent experience with Willow Springs Healthcare Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, comforting atmosphere. The Administration and medical team is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to concerns, explain treatments clearly, and ensure that every patient feels heard and respected. The leadership team is dedicated to provide high-quality care. I would highly recommend Willow Springs to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and reliable healthcare services.

They allowed my dad to fall out of his bed 3 times and hit his head which caused him to go into a coma and my mom had to take him off life support just 3 days after coming home from seeing him our family is devastated 💔 they would just put his food infront of him and not help him knowing he couldn’t do it without assistance 😢

Love this team! The staff was so sweet and caring. They seem well staffed and met all of my families needs when we were there.

My mom just had hip surgery and needed some rehab to get back to normal, I wish I could say my family had someone to take care of her but we have jobs which would leave her alone and God forbid there was a problem and she had to wait for someone to find her. Like I said this temporary and she know the fast she recovers she will home again . We live in modern world access to any thing you could need so find it hard to believe you are hoping that you will make out alive ,adults are the hardest to take care of set in your mind you know better well how did that work out for you they didn’t cause your situation they are trying to help

Poor staffing – no accountability – clinical leadership lacking. Patient care suffers due to all the above.

This is the second review im writing, these people writing reviews that say its a good facility are either lying or aren’t real people, you can’t be there more then an hour, and see how careless the staff are. If you can find a better facility for your loved one, please do, you family member should be somewhere they are really cared for.

My Mom is getting exceptional round the clock care. Will most likely celebrate her 96th birthday in her comfortable room. Also, a big Thank You to Celia in the business office.

This place is horrific… Do not send your loved ones here. Filthy disgusting horrible dirty conditions. My mom was sent there from Eisenhower she wasn’t even admitted I took one look at this place the patients and conditions and said no way not my mom. It’s like a horrible mental institution patients sitting in filth. The smell so bad I threw up. Patients begging me to take them with me help me get out. This place should be shut down. Immediately…

This fine facility is a great place according to me ! I’ve been a CNA close To 14 years this by far is the best I’ve seen in the Southern California region the staff is caring understand courteous loving gentle friendly everything you want in a place that will be taking care of your loved one ! The facility is very clean !

The facility has some older features but is kept very clean and is maintained well. The staff working here are passionate about their jobs and patients. The PT department is extensive and does an amazing job working with a wide variety of patients & their needs. The activities department plans a plethora of games and events to keep residents engaged and entertained. The doctor is prompt and is often walking the halls engaging with patients and staff. Of course, there are times where staff gets busy or a delay happens because humans are human, and certain processes take time. Overall, I would recommend Williow Springs to family members and strangers.

My mother had came from a really bad facility recently and upon Arrival she was immediately Assessed very thoroughly and Was Quickly facilitated. Luis, Alex , Cecilia , Erick and Shawna are AMAZING! As well as all the others, They were so caring and sympathetic. They literally treat my mom like She is their own family member And I’m so grateful for that. I love this facility very much and I’m happy she was switched her💜

My husband was there for a month. the daytime nursing staff were wonderful night time not so much . The two nurses at the nursing station were not friendly even after seeing me every day for a month? Food not so good! However, physical therapy were excellent, Nadine, Chaq and Adina, all of them were very good. I noticed how gentle, caring and patient they were with these elderly patients. Ramona was also helpful and nice. I would recommend Willow Springs.

My mother is in there as a permanent resident the staff is attentive, professional and nice. My mom loves the food 3 square meals a day, good variety considering her special diet the food is well prepared and tastes great with a nice presentation and Mom loves it. I think it’s easy to critique this type of environment but in my personal opinion I think they do a wonderful job. Thank you Willow Springs!***** Update one year later. Willow Springs continues to do marvelous job from the business office Cecilia, Laura and Susan to Joey and Lori that greet you when you enter the facility to Cher the activities person it doesn’t get any better than this also the food is excellent. From the nurses to the CNAs they do a marvelous job I’m so pleased. I know my mom’s in good hands here at Willow Springs!

This was my first time dealing with having a parent in a nursing home, and honestly, I was super confused. I didn’t understand how the billing or insurance stuff worked at all. But the ladies in the business office were so nice and explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me. It really helped ease my stress. I’m so thankful for their help!
